killing clutches

hi all
can any one help im killing clutches faster than i can fit them, im at my witts end,
three clutches in an hr tottally burnt out
i am 73 kg and 5ft 10
can anyone tell me in simple terms how to set the clutch up right

its a gp3 rep fitted with
polini head and piston
genuine 19mm del carb
zoechi exhaust
polini clutch
gen coil
gen flwheel
and pmt's
but the clutch has me boggled
