major problems with my gp3

just got my gp3 back from funbikes as i sent it back to them when the clutch disintegrated and a few other problems arose.
it came last week and i finally rode it for the first time tonight for a total of ten minutes. they fitted a new rep clutch keyway and nut.
the nut was loose they never tightened it properly,so now it bent the keyway and maybe wrecked the crank. the rep clutch just dissapeared in a cloud of black dust instantly, they recon they had tested the bike for some time why would it go with me in under 1 minute of starting it?.
i rode it up the road with what was left of the clutch as i was so annoyed with it breaking everytime i start it up. i have only rode it twice since new a total of around 15 minutes.
on riding home there were sparks out of the clutch it wasnt the linings down to the metal there was a little bit there (just)but from behind i think it is between the clutch and drum then the engine stopped and upon trying to start there is a clinking from the engine i think it is the top end. these bikes are really nuts seriously.personally the lads at funbikes are idiots too i dont know what they done to it but im not sure whether to take them to court. i did buy it and expected to use it out the box. noone told me i needed to spend 200 quid on the bike before i used it i wouldnt have bought it otherwise. what does anyone else think?
i now have a bike which has had a total of 15 minutes work . burned 2 rep clutches and a polini clutch +throws sparks everywhere and now the top end has gone. pathetic really.
i have a crap cag that is more reliable

the clutch nuts were adjusted right out but it seems to rev very high still before the clutch bites and im d**n sure is is allways slipping. are the rep springs too stiff ? the polini clutch was kevlar and that flew off in pieces
im at a total loss dont know whether to ditch it or try and rebuild it ive lost all faith in the bike

that sad. it look like i got every problems you got but, for some reson, i manage to get it in one piece before my rebuilt. the dude that sold me it also say to me he have ajusted the clutch, so i think, it will be fine for a ride. for a strange reason, having the clutch spring out of the clutch at medium speed was a real miracle. yep it keeping me from blowing all the top end, and maybe more, because no one say to never run it at regular pump fuel, since octane level was too low, overheating on break in and it make leak like a geser at the pump seal... the clutch gone before running out of coolant.

i figure out there no nylon spring holder, so the spring rode go hit the other pad and suddenly it break the rode when hiting it at high rev. the entire clutch came loose, but whit a A/C old adjustable clutch, i rebilt a clutch whit shorter rods. for a strange reason the clutch run whitout loosing for the rest of break in, but the water pump seal leak even whit decent fuel/temp, so i change the entire engin.

whit the nylon spring holder on clutch, i figure that the 2 bolts need to be shorted since they hit the clutch drum.

i burn a entire clutch pads set because the crank bolt came loose, but dont react to strange sound and run it whitout fixing it.

i also try to make it clutch a lower rev, but the 2 clips that hold the pads pop out after 5 or 10 minutes, and i dont notice having less rev. strange. the clutch also came loose and dancing like crazy at idel. but since i tight it up as i see the dam crank going out of the bolt whit red lock tight on it, it rev around 9000 rpm staydy, as i readjust the spring too. when i take decent speed it stop slipping and rev whitout any boost or fall of power, just a constant incredible torque. it pull so hard at any speed, you need to lean foward at any speed, until you get real a used of the quick trottle.

a dude whatching me doing power wheely (just stand strait on the bike, very funny) at the last event, say to me he was about rebuilding is Gp3r for the 7 or 8 times. he say i realy abuse of the bike as he only as he ride like you, not alote. but this night, i was the last to quit the track, i one piece. the guy was more heavy and cant stop braking transfer shaft, he building is own now.

for myself, its about pullstart that upset me. i outrun a banshee (stock) that have a 6:78 ratio and did not rev at all on medium track, its not like running a 84mm drum ;D

and we dont have PMT tire stock on it here, maybe dealer keep them for resale, anyway, i will realy need some to get all of the bike.
