ive had some big issues with the clearance on the cheap 3 piece big bore kit with full circle crank etc.
i just couldn't get a decent squish without hitting the plug i could have 4mm at the least and it would still hit the piston and i had to use two base gaskets. its not the plug and its just a standard cheapo Chinese bike, so unless its a one off the only way i can see it working and it has on mine is to drill a tiny amount or metal from the center of the piston with the biggest bit you can find, 20-25mm or so this has solved my problem i can now remove both gaskets and have no clearance issues now running around 140-150 psi maybe it was the wrong piston for the kit maybe no one else has had this problem but in case anyone has this will solve it although it may seem a little brutal ;D
