When i brought my TZR50, it had a larger Delorto race carb. The bore, i decided was too big for the bike-because it had a very strange power delivery, even for a 2 stroke. Its a 21mm carb. Does anybody think that it would work on a GP3 rep? Everything is alot bigger on the rep than the TZR (inlet, manufold, standard carb etc), but i diddnt know how much jet adjustment it would need. Might be a nice experiment!
So, any thoughts?

im not a carby pro... i think the real 8.5 proddy gp3 running a sha15mm (race restriction?), maybe why you have small stock intake on replica, not sure. the bigger the bore, biger the hp output you get out of the bike, until its too large and may bug, i dont know about that. you may run a 19mm whit a high tunned (5 ports/race pipe) 39cc or a 50cc, but the 21mm was on some race ported 14hp/18 open 50cc bike.

we are now running dellorto 14/14 carbs with .76 jet as genuine bike.now runs so much better, really crisp and smooth right through rev range.we found 19mm was good mid range to top end,but low down respose not so good, even with scott jet kit.
